Inventory Management System
- Syncs directly with warehouse for automatic order processing and real-time inventory accounting every hour.
- Clear visual of inventory item images and details.
- Users can place orders, view their order status, and see tracking details all directly on the site eliminating the need for excel spreadsheets.
- The system will send out automatic email notifications to users alerting them of the changes in their order status.
- Managers have ability to review and approve all order details depending on the customers’ needs.
- Links seamlessly to POD and Seasonal Management sites.
- Order reports, Tracking reports and Inventory detail reports are available to Admin users.
- Ability to capture budgets by Brand or Territory and provide reports on a monthly/annually basis.
- Easy to add new items and submit the inventory receipt information to the warehouse directly on the site, no need for email communication about new arrivals
- Can set up approval processes for POS items ordered, shipping methods selected, and maximum order quantities on specific items if needed.
- Address books can be easily maintained and edited in the system – users see only addresses in their assigned territories and managers can see entire address book.

Seasonal Ordering Management
- System can easily create a Program Playbook, which includes all of the items in a program with image and details on each, which can be distributed prior to ordering window for review.
- Program start, end and in-market dates can easily be updated at any time and visible to users when they log into the program.
- Address books can be easily maintained and edited in the system – users see only addresses in their assigned territories and managers can see entire address book.

We are a certified green expert at sourcing a full line of eco-friendly promotion products and green clothing. We use paper stock from sustainably managed forests and can produce all marketing collateral on recycled paper. Our printers are FSC certified. Large banners and signs can be made from biodegradable vinyl, poly poplin, or fabric made from 50% post consumer waste.
