Warehousing and Fulfillment

If it needs to be picked, packed, shipped or tracked , we can handle it for you. Our proprietary technology integrates online order entry, inventory management, warehousing and distribution needs. This means you and your team can track campaign needs, job order scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, warehousing, shipping and billing. Our fulfillment services will efficiently package your products, by the box or the pallet, to ensure your program stays on schedule and under budget.


IRG Utilizes a wide assortment of woodworking machinery, including a CNC router, for precise cutting of parts. Displays are assembled using glue, staples, screws then graphics are applied. The finishing department includes finishing stains and/or lacquer products (using water-based, environmentally friendly materials) to provide a wide variety of surface finishes.

  • Our US-based facility boasts a high-end manufacturing and distribution facility as well as an extensive array of die-cutting, mounting and finishing equipment. Here, we mount and cut multiple materials including corrugate, chipboard, tag-stock, foam, plastics, foils and more. From this quick-response facility, we get projects done on time and within budget.

  • Our facility In Asia is comprised of 3 production building's totaling 78,750 sq. feet on 22 acres of land. Two floors of our building are dedicated to wood production and 3 floors to metal and molded products. We have a total of 105 employees working at our Asia facility.

  • In Mexico we have more than 250 employees and 150,000 square ft. of facilities. This group specialized in high quality metal products to include wire, tube, and sheet metal. Specifically, we manage industrial design (Solidworks, Autocad, 3D Max and Rhino), Production Development, Samples and Prototypes, Screen Printing and Vacuum Forming and manufacturing.
    In Peru, our Latin America production partner started as the premier Peruvian printer offering design, fabrication and installation of business signage. They quickly moved into custom POP design and fabrication. Their production facility houses a dedicated management, design, prototyping, wood, metal and plastics shop as well as a final ship staging area.


Our wood displays are primarily pine lumber and birch plywood obtained from the Pacific Northwest and grows as a crop for this specific use. Most birch plywood is imported from Russia.
